Proposed Order: to close that part of C2049 High Street from its junction with U45019 Gloster Ades Road to its junction with C2006 Weston Road.

Reason: Utility work to replace water main by Amey TMA.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: C2006 Weston Road into Gloucestershire, B4035 Weston Road, U45019 Gloster Ades Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months.  Anticipated duration: 7 days; Commencing: 12 February 2024

Proposed Order: to close that part of C2049 Stratford Road from its junction with C2274 Mickleton Road to its junction with C2114 Chapel Road.

Reason: Railway maintenance by Balfour Beatty Rail.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: C2049 Stratford Road, C2114 Chapel Road, C2114 Front Street, C2114 Pebworth Road, C2006 Buckle Street, C2006 Station Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months.  Anticipated duration: 10 nights (22:00 to 06:00 Mon-Fri only); Commencing: 8 January 2024
